We are not meant to live in artificial settings, disconnected from the healthy need of our body for movement and nature. Do you remember how you ​intuitively ​moved as a child, jumping, moving on all fours, balancing, ​running, ​climbing​,​ and so on? This is Natural Movement.

MovNat is about movement. It is what we practice and what we teach. Anyone can gain from improving their movement, from elite athletes to those quite out of shape. You don’t have to be fit to move, you have to move to be fit.

Where to start?

You don’t have to be an elite athlete living in an exotic location to reap the benefits of Natural Movement Fitness.

Natural Movement is for everyone. And you can get started at any age, ability, or fitness level—whether you have a gym membership, live close to nature, or neither.

Practice First

The foundation of learning MovNat is through our workshops and affiliate gyms. Here you will begin to explore your body’s full range of motion and agility. By practicing in a safe & controlled environment, you will start to gain the skills, strength and conditioning essential to adapt and perform in any environment.
