We’re excited to spotlight a growing movement community in East Asia: MovNat Japan.
As Natural Movement continues to expand its global reach, Japan has become an exciting new hub for those seeking practical, real-world fitness rooted in nature and human biology.
MovNat Japan is led by passionate Team Instructors, including Kento and Ai, who are building a strong foundation for Natural Movement in the region. With their guidance and dedication, workshops and classes are beginning to flourish, attracting a diverse group of movers, trainers, and wellness professionals who are eager to explore their physical potential through the MovNat method.

While Kento and Ai host workshops independently via their own website, their presence is also recognized on the official Team Instructor page at MovNat.com. This collaboration represents a shared mission: to educate and empower people to move better, live more fully, and reconnect with their innate physical capabilities.

Participants in MovNat Japan workshops can expect immersive, hands-on experiences that introduce them to the fundamentals of Natural Movement. From crawling and balancing to jumping, lifting, and climbing, these skills are taught with care, progressions, and practical context. Whether you’re new to movement training or looking to deepen your existing practice, MovNat Japan offers a unique opportunity to grow in a supportive and inspiring environment.
As interest grows, we’re hopeful for even more opportunities to bring official MovNat Certification Workshops to Japan. Stay tuned to our newsletters and social media for updates on future events—and if you’re based in Japan or nearby, don’t hesitate to connect with the MovNat Japan team to begin your journey.
Let’s keep moving—naturally.
