The skills you learn will allow you to continue with your own Natural Movement® training and will dramatically improve your ability to perform in any sport or athletic activity, as well as every aspect of your daily life.

Saturday: 9am-4pm
Sunday: 9am-4pm
Please arrive at least 15 minutes early to prepare for each day’s activity.

WHAT TO BRING
Training gear (shorts, T-shirt, minimal shoes) for indoors and outdoors.
Snacks, fluids, and lunch.

LOCATION
