MovNat number 1 trend in 2010!

That’s quite THE Christmas gift.  Not only the latest issue of Outside Mag features a lengthy article about us, but they have just released their Top 10 Health & Fitness Trends of 2010 in which they also ranked MovNat/Paleo Fitness number one!

Knowing that Outside magazine is America’s leading active-lifestyle and adventure-travel magazine, this is quite a positive thing for MovNat and the Paleo movement as a whole.  Maybe a sign that we’re not that far from reaching the mainstream?  In any case, a very welcomed exposure and for us a well-deserved recognition for all the hard work done in the last 2 years.  A great thank you to Outside magazine and of course an even greater thank you to all MovNat and Paleo aficionados out there!

Will MovNat turn the fitness industry upside down?

So what’s next, and what will 2011 bring?  I don’t know what 2011 will bring, but I know what we will bring to 2011:  a first certification event around November 2011 (tentative schedule), with the participation of my dear friend Robb Wolf.  That’s another Christmas gift.

Happy days to everyone!

Un gros félicitation. Ton progres est impressionnant.

Perhaps you could start a mailing group laying out some details on what pre-requisites a MovNat cert would take. I know you have lots of spare time… ;-)

    Ton ami,

PS. Montreal MovNaters… Let`s get together to grow the Paleo health trend in Montreal and QC.

In fact I am finally starting my “Come Alive” program for Seniors over 65 where it’s “all about energy through body movement. Check out the site at I would be interested in your comments. Once again, congratulations . . . you deserve it.

And sorry to go a little off-topic but…

Chris: I live on a 150 acre homesteading plot in Gatineau complete with forests, lake, river, rocks etc. Click on my name to visit my blog and perhaps we could arrange something here if you know any more Movnat enthusiasts! You’ll find my email address via the blog if you’re interested.
