Moving Naturally? The 10 MovNat Principles©

The 10 MovNat Principles©

MovNat© is a fitness concept that teaches you how to move naturally with ease, power, and grace.  You  become very fit through the practice, and that fitness is applicable to any area of life.  MovNat is both a physical education system and activity that places at its core the full range of real-world, species-specific movement skills essential to the natural life of the human being.  Based on this,  we have identified 10 essential principles that meet the requirements of the definition of natural human movement.  These form the foundation of the MovNat method:

  1. Evolutionary

  2. Instinctual

  3. Universal

  4. Practical

  5. Vital

  6. Adaptive

  7. Unspecialized

  8. Efficient

  9. Cooperative

  10. Environmental

In my next posts, I will define and explain each of those principles. Stay tuned!
