This workshop will bring your coaching ability, as well as your personal movement skills, to the next level. Learn how to teach more advanced techniques, and develop a deeper understanding of movement and efficiency. The new set of advanced techniques and knowledge will enable you to challenge even your fittest clients, and better prepare them for even more ambitious personal and professional fitness goals.

Notebook and Level 2 Trainer Manual
Training gear (shorts, T-shirt, minimal shoes) for indoors and outdoors.
