MovNat Launches New Website & First Podcast Episode!

The MovNat Team is excited to announce that we’ve been working on two projects to bring you more MovNat content and education: not only is our very first Podcast now available for download – you’ll be downloading it from our newly-remodeled MovNat website!

  1. Is there any where I can find info on some workouts to do for someone who is just starting out. I recently had surgery on my ankle last June and finished physical therapy. I have been looking for something to get me back into everything and I am very interested in this. I recently went Paleo and Movnat fits exactly to what I am feeling. Thank you
