MovNat in Outside Mag!

I am thrilled that Outside magazine, America’s leading active-lifestyle and adventure-travel magazine, is featuring MovNat in their January 2011 issue.  MovNat, and with it the entire Paleo movement, is again, getting a great media exposure with another excellent feature-length article in a major US magazine, less than 2 years after Men’s Health in April 2009.

Our summer 2011 schedule is now out and you can already book your own space.  If you too want to train with us in Summersville Lake, WV, and become part of the MovNat family, follow this link.   I will be assisted by MovNat coaches Vic Verdier and Clifton Harski.

If you prefer to start with a small taste of MovNat, we have lined up a series of One Day Workshops, from February to May 2011.

See you next summer in the woods and by the lake of Summersville, WV!
