Erwan Le Corre is the founder of MovNat, a physical education and fitness system entirely based on the practice of the full range of natural human movements skills.
MovNat is a comprehensive, effective system that is fully scalable, progressive and safe, and aimed at the real-world competency and conditioning that allows optimum physical and mental development.
MovNat has gained tremendous popularity in just 3 years thanks to ongoing international media exposure, including multiple TV appearances and phenomenal word of mouth.
In January 2011, Outside magazine covered Erwan and MovNat in a feature-length article. They ranked “Paleo-fitness” #1 of their Top 10 Health and Fitness Trends of 2010 and considered MovNat the leading force behind this movement.
Erwan has been called “one of the fittest men in the world” and a “fitness visionary” by Men’s Health magazine and is now acknowledged as the most prominent expert in the field of practical and evolutionary fitness. Erwan is also the originator of the “Natural Movement” concept and fitness trend, and has both defined and popularized the term since 2008. Today the MovNat methodology is being taught and practiced worldwide, and recognized as the world leader in Natural Movement Physical Education and Fitness. In a nutshell, MovNat and “Natural Movement” are the inseparable two sides of the same coin.
He is currently working on developing the teaching of MovNat worldwide, a book, and other projects, while regularly giving presentations and training private groups, including special forces. Originally from France, he now lives and trains out of Santa Fe, NM with his beautiful wife Jessika and their two young children Feather and Eagle.
